The gap between the slats and the headboard is 8.6" to 11.8".

The noise-free design of the platform bed frame queen size is achieved through the use of Velcro strips under all slats, which provide easy installation and prevent squeaks between the wood slats and the metal frame, allowing you to have a good sleep and relax time.
